Cannot print due to insufficient printer memory.
Cause:
The printer does not have sufficient memory to print the document.
Solution:
Do one or more of the following to increase printer memory: Lower the graphics resolution; increase the driver memory settings; obtain more memory for the printer.
Do one or more of the following to increase printer memory:
1) If printing complex graphics, lower the print resolution:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
b) Click 'Properties...'. (The <printer> Properties dialog box appears.)
c) Click 'Graphics' tab. (The Graphics properties sheet appears.)

d) Select a lower resolution from the resolution drop-down list box.

e) (Optional) Click 'Coarse'.
f) Click 'OK'.
2) Increase the print driver memory.
a) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

b) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

c) Open the printer icon that is currently being used. (The printer queue dialog box appears.)
d) Select the 'Printer' menu and select 'Properties'.
e) Click 'Device Options' tab. (The Device properties sheet appears.)

f) Make sure the available printer memory setting is correct.
NOTE1: Contact the network administrator if using a network printer, for correct memory settings.
NOTE2: If using a local printer, refer to the printer documentation.
3) Obtain additional memory for the printer hardware.
